If you wish to work with a member of my team, your informed consent will always be obtained before passing on any personal and sensitive information. It will always be shared only according to your specific wishes. Your personal information is collected by you entering it into the contact page, opting in for the free resources or giving your personal information over the phone or conference services.

• Other sharing of information: (i) in the event of a claim as required by law (ii) if yourself or another person is at risk of harm, appropriate professionals will be notified (iii) with yourself if you would like your information - there will be a minimum charge to cover the cost of administration, printing and postage (iv) with a third party acting on your behalf for which a power of attorney will be required.

• Your personal sensitive information ( health profile, gender, address) are stored only as hard copy in accordance with data protection. If sensitive information is delivered via email it is held as hard copy and deleted from computer devices after printing. Only information that is necessary in working together and keeping you safe is held. For insurance purposes and to comply with legal obligations your information is held for 6 years after you cease to receive our services. If the client is under 18 then consent will be required from a parent or guardian and information will be stored for 6 years from the date the client is 18 years old, as per UK law.

• I have the right to change my insurers at any time and if the requirement for holding information changes due to this or any change in UK law, this privacy notice will be updated.

• Non-identifiable, non-personal or general information of your user and browsing experience of the website is collected by  google analytics only for the purpose of improving your experience of using the website and the services offered. Third party websites accessible through hyperlinks from the site have their own privacy policies and Centre Balance has no responsibility or liability for their procedures. Please review the individual privacy policies.

• However,regardless of the security measures we have implemented in protecting your personal information, we cannot and do not give you and absolute guarantee of the protection and security of your personal data.

• Since email and some instant messaging systems are not deemed secure, we request and encourage you not to share any personal information via these methods which have their own individual privacy notices and for which Centre Balance is not responsible. • By subscribing to any services ( newsletters, events, free resources, social media accounts) and providing your email, you expressly agree to receive promotional content and communication from Centre Balance regarding services, changes and news and changes in connection with Centre Balance.
